Проєкт Preserving AI Voices: Digital Humanities Workshop

Marie Theresa O’Connor, Associate Teaching Professor in the University Writing Program at Johns Hopkins University, will be presenting at the Digital Humanities Workshop on November 6 (noon-1:30pm) in the Alexander Grass Humanities Institute Common Room (Mergenthaler 429). The Digital Humanities Workshop Series is presented by the Sheridan Libraries Digital Scholarship group in partnership with the Center for Digital Humanities and LifexCode with support from the Alexander Grass Humanities Institute. The series offers monthly events highlighting the work of a researcher applying digital methods to humanities materials.

Інший важливий захід — Workshop on “The Use of LLMs for Content Analysis in the Digital Humanities” — організований за участю Digital Society Initiative (DSI) Цюрихського університету. The workshop will explore how Large Language Models (LLMs) can be applied to content analysis across diverse areas of the digital humanities, from health and history to religion, politics, and literature.

Учасники отримають практичні знання: participants will gain hands-on insights into how LLMs can help process, interpret, and analyze large-scale textual data to reveal patterns and foster new interpretations. До заходу залучені фахівці з різних галузей, зокрема:

• DSI Community Digital Humanities;
• UZH Digital History Lab (DHL);
• UZH Department of Computational Linguistics;
• UZH Department of Religious Studies.
